4 Budget-Friendly Cold Weather Jackets

rust collared long teddy coat with with sweater dress fall winter outerwear

Last week Walmart items were 2 of the top 5 sellers amongst Pinteresting Plans readers. They have so many cute fashion pieces I wanted to build on a few of my favorites and add in some great outerwear pieces that are affordable and on trend. You won’t believe how cute these Walmart jackets are…especially given their price points!

This ivory teddy coat is so affordable and under $30. It has a snap closure along the front. It’s oversized so if you are worried about looking big, this might be a style to pass on. That said, in the world of teddy coats, this one fits well! This style is for the cozy lovers like myself.

My tunic sweater was a best seller last week. You can take a better look of the sweater in this blog post as I styled it along with 3 other affordable Thanksgiving outfit ideas. It wears well with leggings or jeans.

Speaking of jeans, these jeggings fit true to size and are a great deal.  They have faux front pockets but a true zipper. The tote is also super affordable and these $25 boots are so cute!!!

Another cute and cozy teddy coat! This one also has an oversized fit. Unlike the previous jacket, this one buttons up rather than snaps up.  It’s a pretty shade of brown for late fall.  I’m wearing size small and it fits true to size. Also available in a pretty winter white and a neutral black.

The sweater dress I’m wearing it over was also a top 5 seller last week amongst Pinteresting Plans readers!! The boots look much pricier than $50 and fit true to size.

The sweatshirt jacket is so cozy on the inside. I’m wearing a size smal for reference. This is a good post workout jacket to quickly throw on or to wear for school drop-off in the mornings. I haven’t washed it yet, but I suspect this type of material may need a sweater shaver to remove pilling after a few washes. I use mine quite often in the winter. Sizes are quickly selling out in this jacket although it is available in 3 other colors.

My black jeggings were a lower rise than I usually reach for.  I love how they fit in the legs butler rise tends to give me a muffin top. They hit above the ankle on me and I am 5’11” for reference. The leopard sneakers are so so cute and the price is amazing. They fit true to size.

This coat is so warm and I love the fur trim hood. It comes in a few colors.  I’m wearing size small. The boots are such a cute option for under $50. Love the shearling lining. They fit true to size and they’re a faux suede material that looks great but isn’t waterproof. I have plenty of waterproof boots so I am certainly not deterred by boots that look good but aren’t made for rain (or wet snow).
