CLOSED! The Bungalow Flip

If you follow along on Instagram stories you know we have been working hard renovating a beach cottage we purchased last spring. We were on the fence about keeping it as a short term rental or flipping it to new owners but ultimately found a great buyer whose timing aligned with ours so we just closed on the property. We completed the renovation in 30 days so as you can imagine it was a busy month!
