Now that we have a dining table and a stellar view from our back porch, I have been itching to shop outdoor entertaining pieces. I love the idea of being able to customize the look for different seasons and occasions, and Shutterfly has more options than I could have imagined. There are so many opportunities to entertain in the summer, Memorial day, Fourth of July, and Cam’s birthday to name a few. You know I love my neutrals so I opted for something more evergreen with the tan stripe and banana leaf patterns. The sunny spring weather is already underway here in Florida so we took advantage and set up this summer look I’ll use for months to come!
When making our picks for the plates we found pairing different sized prints worked best. Think one big print, like the banana leaf plates, and one fine print, like the stripe plates. We used some napkins I already had but Shutterfly had what felt like endless options for fun napkins as well. The table runner really pulled it all together and I love that they have different lengths. Outside of the 2,000 plus options Shutterfly has I would say the best part about these pieces is that they’re durable. Melamine holds up to not only in the dishwasher but to being dropped. Being outside by our pool and used by the kids this is a must!
