Easy Apple Pie Recipe (courtesy of my friend Lori)

As promised here is a super simple fall pie recipe I’ve been making for years. Using a premade crust saves me a lot of time. My mother in law and many other bakers will be appalled that I never opt to make my own pie crust. If you do – hats off! This simple apple pie recipe will take a bit longer but will be even more delish!

Special thanks to my friend Lori for sharing this easy apple pie recipe!! She prefers a lot of Granny Smith applies and she wants me to note that the sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar on the top crust is separate from the amounts the recipe includes that go within the apple pie.
