I shared these Sole Society tall boots in this blog post last week where I mentioned that I found them to fit a little snug and recommended sizing down. Come to find out I missed some of the stuffing they stick inside to help it hold its shape during shipping. Oops, my sincere apologies if anyone midsized because of that. So anyway, I sized up .5 in these boots to leave room for thick socks but these fit true to size after all. I have since updated the post to reflect my newly-found oversight! They remain one of my favorite footwear picks for fall.

My bag is also from Sole Society. I ordered it in cognac because I consider it a rich fall neutral. I love that there are multiple ways you can carry this bag – as a crossbody, on your shoulder or you can remove the long strap and carry it like a satchel.

The blanket scarf I’m wearing is super soft and large enough that you can wear it like a shawl during this time of up and down temperatures.

The remaining pieces of my outfit are great staples for everyday fall style. My sweater is a great basic and pairs well with leggings and jeans. I’m wearing xs. I have received many questions about my belt and it reminds of a designer item without the price tag. Lastly, my zip hem ankle jeans fit true to size (wearing size 2 long) and holds its shape.
