Layered Pink Sweater Dress with Over The Knee Boots

I was sad to get the news that Goodnight Macaroon is no longer apart of Reward Style (who owns LikeToKnow.It).  The news came just at a time when I was feeling like I wanted to move a bit away from so many outfit posts on my blog and get back into more lifestyle topics.  It was disappointing because I LOVE my suede over the knee boots from Goodnight Macaroon and I won’t be able to share the links to them unless I do a blog post.   I wear my over the knee boots several times a week for the last few months and I own them in taupe (my favorite), cognac, and black.   So I’m sharing this ensemble as an outfit post but in the future you will continue to see more and more of outfits will be linked only on my Instagram shopping page.

Dress |  Fleece Leggings (similar)  |  Over The Knee Boots  |  Bag (similar here)  |  Scarf

This piece is called a sweater dress on the site but I would consider it more of a tunic.   I am 5’11” – so it might be me, not the dress.  My buns would be awfully close to peeking out if I weren’t wearing leggings.   Speaking of leggings, do you own fleece lined leggings yet?  They’re extra cozy and warm.

I love the mock layer detailing on this dress.  The underlay is a pleated, floral material.   Since this dress is one size only I am sharing several other tunic type sweaters below.  The camel option comes in several other colors and many of these are on sale 🙂

The over the knee boots I am wearing run small.   They have the perfect block heel so they’re comfortable for all day wear.   I added this chunky knit scarf instead of a long necklace because of the chilly temps in Connecticut.

Speaking of chilly temps – we just booked a vacation!   In 2 weeks we will be in Puerto Rico.  We were thinking we would have to skip a family trip this Winter because of the expense but I found round trip, direct flights on Jet Blue for only $200 per person.   My youngest son (Camdon) is only 1, so he is considered a “lap infant”.  There is zero chance he will stay on my lap but we didn’t have to buy him a seat.  We are using hotel points for the resort but you can bet I will rack up quite the bill chowing on nachos and margaritas by the pool!   When in Rome….

Are you taking any trips in the next few months?
