LOFT just started a 40% off sale and I saw so many cute sweaters online I motivated myself to head down to the store and check it out for myself. I’m sharing the hits and misses of what I tried on below:

I felt like this sweater vest was too much material. I am 5’11” and it was very long on me so I imagine someone smaller would really be swimming in it. The leggings have a leopard print that is hard to see in this photo but they were a mid rise and were sliding down on me.

This mock neck sweater is very similar to the first leopard sweater at the top of this post. Between the two I liked the leopard better. These leggings have a tweed appearance but the cut is definitely like leggings (high waisted, no fly/pockets). They’re higher waisted so I preferred these to the pair in the previous photo.

This sweater looks tan until you’re in bright lights and then it looks more white. Either way I loved it. It’s fitted (I’m wearing XS) so if you want it a bit more relaxed size up. It would be cute layered over a chambray shirt.

This tiger print sweater wasn’t quite as fitted as the leopard one above. The neckline is different as well. Both are super cute but if I had to pick one I really loved the leopard one.

If you’re looking to take the snakeskin trend to the office this top is great. It has purple and gray undertones.

Another work friendly animal print top! Wearing XS, this has slight balloon sleeves.

You can see by my face – I wasn’t feeling this vest. Like the sweater vest above I felt like it was too oversized to be flattering. If you keep scrolling I found something similar that I did like below…

This vest is great! I prefer the faux fur on the inside.

This kimono is thin and drapes much better than the sweater vests above. I loved this one!

I love this tee. You can see I styled it so many ways in this post. It’s very versatile.
I didn’t really mention the jeans and mules much above but they’re two of my favorite closet staples for fall! The jeans hold their shape and are super flattering in the behind :).

This poncho is likely to sell out quickly! It’s so cute. If you have family photos coming up or are looking for something comfy to wear for Thanksgiving this poncho sweater is awesome!
