Mother’s Day Gifts For The Beach Babe
Janey and I are beach lovers! Not because we like to swim, but because we like to park ourselves in the sand and take long walks to admire all the beautiful summer homes. How adorable is this round beach towel? I also really love this black and white round back towel. It’s a bit chilly (as in 40 degrees at the moment) so I braved a swimsuit but I just couldn’t bury my buns in the sand just yet. Jane grabbed a swim coverup in black, and of course I went with white.
Mother’s Day Gifts For The Fashionista
I gave Janey a Pinteresting makeover! You know I’ve been loving this ANA camo jacket for over a year, and now we are twins. Jane was always keen on the jacket when I would wear it so I grabbed one for her. She’s between sizes because she’s a bit busty. Her waist is a small but her chest is a medium but she liked the fit of the small better. I even got us matching tank tops – perfect for knotting in your true size (mine is XS, Jane’s is medium). And don’t forget what every fashionista needs most – a steamer. I was never much into ironing, and I was able to get rid of my iron completely when I got my first steamer a few years ago. I have this stand-up steamer and a travel steamer (I borrowed this exact travel steamer from my roomie at the RewardStyle conference and it was amazing).
Mother’s Day Gifts For The Homebody
As social as she is, Jane is quite the homebody so she loves a gift intended to help her pamper herself. But – when my kids saw these bath bombs (currently out of stock, but similar here) they SCOOPED them up. Sorry Janey! Maybe next year!!
Mother’s Day Gifts For the Jewelry Lover
JCPenney carries tons of jewelry specific to Mother’s Day but I wanted to complete Jane’s twinning ensemble so we are wearing matching Y-necklaces and crossover rings. Doesn’t this necklace (on sale for under $10) look almost identical to the $48 one you’ve seen me wearing for years? My mind is blown!!
