Thank you to Bed Bath & Beyond for sponsoring today’s post.
Hi friends! Excited to share a new space with all of you. If you are like us, you’re happy to be celebrating summer at home. I feel like I wait all winter for these warm summer nights. Today I am partnering with Bed Bath & Beyond to share an outdoor dining table setting and entertaining ideas.
We will be hosting a memorial service for my Dad at the end of the summer. Unfortunately he passed away in April and because of social distancing we were not able to hold funeral services for him at the time. Right now the service is scheduled for Labor Day weekend, and hopefully we can host a larger crowd outside by then.
I ordered a large Polywood outdoor dining table from Bed Bath & Beyond because Polywood is known for it’s longevity. I LOVE the look of wood, but it doesn’t always weather that well being exposed to the elements most of the year. My dining table should be arriving soon so I will update you once it’s here. For the purpose of sharing the tablescape I moved our indoor dining table outside for the day.
I am super excited about these woven outdoor dining chairs I found on Bed Bath & Beyond’s website. These chairs are very comfortable. They come in sets of 2 so I bought 4 sets total for the 96″ table I ordered. The burlap runner is simple with a rustic, coastal vibe and it 108″ long so it fits a longer dining table.
Summer makes me think of the beach so I continued the coastal decor with these striped napkins and woven plate chargers.
I used Melamine dining plates and shatterproof wine glasses since we are often barefoot outside in the summer.
This tassel throw pairs perfectly with these navy blue outdoor pillows. These are pieces you could use to dress up any outdoor furniture.
I always like to keep a large water dispenser outside when we have summer gatherings. This one from Bed Bath & Beyond infuses the water (or cocktail) and the ice is segregated so it doesn’t water down any mixed drinks you might serve. I’m thinking of hosting a sangria night for my girlfriends soon.
Finally, for the kiddos I grabbed a couple fun summer treats. This snow cone maker (cups and straws here) and cotton candy machine (flossing sugar here) help make summer memories sweeter!
I hope you’re able to celebrate and enjoy a relaxing summer. I’m trying to push the thought of alarm clocks out of my head for a couple more months.
Make sure to check out Bed Bath & Beyond for lots more summer entertaining ideas!

July 24, 2020 at 9:48 pmYour table setting is lovely! I also loved the post on your outdoor solar lighting and planters. The patio furniture is beautiful. Can you share the source with me? I see the one from Walmart, but yours looks like a bigger couch. I love it! Thanks
