This past week was the peak of foliage season where I live and I’m partnering with Backcountry to show some of my favorite late fall layering pieces for the family. With my Dad in the hospital we didn’t end up doing a lot of the fall outdoor activities we normally do as a family. Last weekend we made it out for a hike just in time to peep some leaves before most of them fell this week.
I’m already freezing and the temperatures will continue to drop for another couple months. Luckily Backcountry has me covered with all the best outdoor gear and garb. Make sure to read to the end of this post where there’s a special discount code for Pinteresting Plans readers.
Fall Layers for The Family
My kids, like most, get antsy and irritable without enough fresh air. We are lucky to have so many great places to hike within just a few minutes of our house. Even though it’s only fall, I already have to dress myself in a hat and gloves if I want to last outside. Backcountry has the best cold weather accessories for everyone in the family.
Did you notice I’m obsessed with Sorel boots?? I personally own 6 pairs and my kids and husband each have a pair as well. Backcountry has an amazing selection of Sorel boots on their site. I love that they’re practical while still looking fashionable.
I also love anything fleece! My Kuhl pullover has a great neckline – a new brand to me – so I was happy to be impressed. Mac needed a waterproof layer to wear over the fleece Patagonia jacket he won’t leave the house without.
