Hey guys!   Today I’m sharing my favorite affordable Spring handbags for 2019.  This post is in collaboration with Sole Society.  If you haven’t shopped on Sole Society before, they’re my favorite place to shop for quality shoes and accessories at great prices.   I will touch on other accessories from the brand, but I wanted to focus on their handbags today because I think the two pictured below will sell out before Spring technically arrives.

Spring Handbags 2019

If you follow along on my Instagram stories you may know my mother-in-law, Jane.   She’s one of those gals who is OBSESSED with handbags.  Do you know the type?   She won’t spend more than $10 on a top, but she has an entire closet of handbags…many that cost more than her husband’s entire wardrobe.

There’s quite a big range of price points when it comes to handbags.   What I love about Sole Society bags is that the quality remains excellent even without the sky high price tag.  The two bags I’m sharing below are also vegan leather, so they’re easier to keep clean.  This is important to me since I’m often having to put my bag down at the park or in public restrooms to help my kids.

The Valah Bucket Bag

The first bag I want to mention is this “Valah” bucket bag.  I had been searching for months for a neutral bucket bag that would coordinate with the majority of my outfits.  This “linen” color is a light taupe/gray and it is EXACTLY what I had been searching for.  I love bucket bags because they’re roomy without being so big your whole family is asking you to carry their stuff.   Bucket bags are also great because there are so many ways to wear them!!

The “Destin” Satchel

The “Destin” satchel is another one of my favorite handbags for Spring 2019.   I actually got this bag last Summer, but I have rarely shown it because every time it restocks it sells out quickly.  I love the “blush” color but it also comes in linen and camel which would be great options for Spring.   This handbag is reminiscent of a high end piece my mother-in-law dreams of that retails for $2000!!   I’m not sure about you – but that’s not in my budget.

Here are a few of my other favorite handbags for Spring 2019:

It has been so cold in Connecticut.   I shot all the photos above in 20 degree weather – in the satchel pictures the wind was biting hard!!   But I know many of you are heading to warm weather destinations soon, so I wanted to share some of my favorite Spring Break travel pieces as well.   Sole Society has SO many great sandals already and I always wear a scarf on the plane to double as a light blanket.   I absolutely love this chenille shawl cardigan as a great layering piece for travel.

Travel Layers:

The “Joree” sandals I am wearing above are awesome for travel because the straps have elasticity so you can slip them on and off at the airport without sitting down to unbuckle them.   They fit true to size.  Because they have a block heel they give you the leg lengthening effect of heels while still being comfortable to walk in.
