Spring Outfit Round Up 5/11/18 and WEEKEND SALES!!

Happy Friday guys!!!

It’s Mother’s Day weekend!!   We have a rainy forecast but a bunch of plans that will probably be shifted indoors.    Happy Mother’s Day to any of you reading this who are moms.   It’s the hardest, most rewarding job I’ve even done.   Nothing has made me as CRAZY ???? as the love of my children.   I feel so grateful to have my 2 boys (3 if you count my husband).

We tried a new recipe I wanted to pass on in case any of you were in a meal rut (I often am).   These Vegan Cauliflower Tacos use a combination of chopped walnuts, cauliflower, and mushrooms in place of ground beef.   They’re super filling.   We didn’t use all of the chipotle/adobo the recipe called for because we didn’t have it all on hand (and don’t love super spicy food) but it turned out delicious.   We used almond flour tortillas I get at Whole Foods.
