Bralette Outfit Ideas For Summer With Maidenform

If you follow me Instagram you know I am not shy about showing some peek-a-boo lace from a bralette.   As I have grown into my 30’s and become a mom (x 2) my style has become more modest.   That said, I think there is a subtle sex appeal that is accomplished by showing a bit of a lace bralette while still leaving most of what’s underneath to the imagination.   Let’s be real – there’s not much underneath for me :). Today I am sharing some tasteful ways to show some lace with my bralette outfit ideas for Summer.

Bralette Outfit Ideas

I am small busted so I find bralettes are a great option for everyday wear since I don’t require a ton of support.   Also, I am still nursing so my nipples are hard to conceal without a bra (#realtalk).   I don’t want to offend the mailman or a neighbor by opening the door braless in a t-shirt looking like Madonna in the Vogue music video.   A bralette is a great, comfortable option to throw on with PJ’s or a t-shirt to feel comfortable and confident should unexpected guests show up at the door.

Previously I owned a couple bralettes but the two I am sharing in this post are by Maidenform.   These bras (I have the racerback in pink and the long-line lace in white) fit true to size.   I am a 32-C and the small fits well.  The Maidenform bralettes are good quality and value (as in under $20).
