Summer calls for day drinking!   Icy cold drinks with the flavors of summer are what I prefer “on tap”.  Here are my favorite summer cocktails.  Click on the pictures (all but 1 belong to the sites I link to) to link to the recipes…

  1. Classic Frozen Margarita – I don’t really believe in refined sugar and added flavors but I made these many years ago before I was such a stiff.   These are by far the easiest and tastiest frozen margaritas.   And you can make them ahead!   It uses the frozen limeade concentrate to cut out a lot of the work and give the perfect texture.

    These all look fantastic!
    Our latest favorite summer cocktail is insanely easy… Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka mixed with club soda over ice. It is SO good and refreshing. Perfect pool drink!

      YUM!!! sounds awesome. i am so lame. if i day drink i’m ready for bed at 8 pm. i’ve always been that way 🙂 now that’s not so bad though. xx
