The Perfect Gift for Mom

Sponsored by Our Place and ShopStyle

I had heard raving reviews about the cookware brand Our Place and their Always Pan, so when they recently launched their Perfect Pot I decided I should give them both a try. They have a duo set where I was able to get them both and save a little! With Mother’s Day approaching I thought this would be a perfect gift for Janey, she loves to cook!

Right now Our Place is having their Annual Spring Super Sale with up to 20%
off sitewide! You can buy the Always Pan for $115 ($145 Value), the Perfect
Pot for $125 ($165 Value), or the Home Cook Duo which includes both pot and
pan for $225 ($310 Value)!

Before gifting it, I wanted to put both the Always Pan and Perfect Pot through some testing myself. Sometimes new cookware can be impressive at first and then not always hold up, but my gal Marissa has had hers for almost two years and she is still cooking strong in the SAME pan! She loved it so much she gifted the Always Pan to her step-mom last Christmas. How cute is she?!

If you’re anything like me, I don’t love a ton of clutter in my cabinets or on my counters. The Always Pan allows you to replace a fry pan, saute pan, steamer, skillet, saucier, saucepan, nonstick pan, spatula, and spoon rest. The Perfect Pot allows you to replace your stockpot, dutch oven, saucepot, roasting rack, steamer, strainer, braiser, and spoon rest. Both the Always Pan and Perfect Pot have the most slippery nontoxic, nonstick ceramic coating made without potentially toxic materials like PFOAs, PTFEs, other PFAs, lead, cadmium, toxic metals, and nanoparticles.

Unique features of the Always Pan and Perfect
Pot include:

  •  Sturdy aluminum body for fast, incredibly even heat distribution
  •  Compatible with all cooktops (yes, induction, we’re looking at you)
  •  Generous pour spouts, because it just makes life easier
  •  A modular lid to let off steam when you want, and lock it in when you don’t

Even more than their performance, I love how beautiful these are, and don’t mind keeping the pan on my stove top when not in use. The color options are a fun touch which let you customize it to your style. Of course, I went with the neutral color, Steam. Check out some of their other kitchen essentials, I have my eye on the stacking bowls. Any of these would make such a timeless Mother’s Day gift, or even an anytime gift for the mom in your life that loves to cook or loves to keep it simple in the kitchen.

You can catch Marissa and I over on my Instagram stories testing the pot and the pan out with a couple easy one pot recipes. We’ll list a few recipes we are trying below but the fun is over on Instagram stories. Join us!
