If you missed it on Instagram and Facebook I recently shared that we found a house and will be moving this fall. It’s located about 25 minutes from where we live now in a town called Avon, Connecticut. Today was the inspection so we dressed comfortably as we knew we’d be climbing into a hot attic and doing a lot of measuring in anticipation of moving in. These cute Jockey athleisure outfits were PERFECT for the task so I wanted to share them here.
Run, don’t walk – my tank is on major sale right now with all sizes still in stock. It’s very comfortable and the material is quick drying. The cardigan is made of a cozy sweatshirt material and has convenient pockets that make it perfect for traveling. I’m wearing a small in both pieces. I also have the leggings in a size small, mostly because they didn’t have xs available, but I loooooved this color. For me, these are more “running around” than running leggings – mostly due to the size. For workouts I usually get xs so they have a more constricting fit and don’t slide down.
The bra I picked out has molded/lined cups so ladies… no nips making a cameo out in public. I ordered the size small in nude and it also comes in a pretty teal blue color. Jockey has quite a variety of sports bras.
Also, not pictured, are these no show socks. They stay put in my shoes, but sometimes the back slides down if I’m just wearing them around the house. They’re more of a gym sock for me. I usually wear thick slipper socks at home anyway and like very thin ones for workouts.
Chris’ short sleeve henley tee is super flattering. The material is nice and soft and I love this blue on him. At a glance, his shorts look just like any other pair of casual khaki shorts. I love that they’re actually made of quick dry and odor resistant material so they’re perfect for travel or anyone on-the-go. The shorts run big – size down one size. Chris is wearing a medium in both pieces but might have fit into a size small in the shorts.
While super comfortable I wanted to share that they do have a button fly.

Speaking of travel, I grabbed Chris a fun pineapple swimsuit since August is the best month to spend time at the beach in Connecticut. The water is finally warm! Isn’t this suit fun? He’s wearing his usual size, medium. Jockey has a few other fun men’s swim trunks – all with an inseam that hits above the knee.
When we find the time, Chris and I like to stay active by finding couples workouts that we both enjoy. I shared 3 fun exercises that require no equipment and couples can do together along with more affordable, quality athletic wear outfits in this blog post.
Hope you guys are soaking up what feels like the last weeks of summer because of back to school. I’ll share more photos of the house when we officially take ownership. Thanks for stopping by!
Thank you to Jockey for sponsoring this post.
